Meet Phebe!
What are your favorite activities?
Volleyball, painting, reading, shopping, and resting.
What activities are you involved with at school or outside of school?
Student council, National Honor Society, SADD, French club, Latin club, art club, volleyball, church volunteer and Girls Inc volunteer.
Do you volunteer your time anywhere?
I’ve done a wide variety of volunteer work for church, NHS, and student council. I do about anything I’m asked to do.
What do you do on a typical night out with friends?
Hanging out around a bonfire is pretty popular!
What type of music makes you get up and dance?
The better question is what type of music DOESN’T make me get up and dance! I like almost all genres of music. Just depends on my mood.
Who is your favorite band/music artist?
I’ll probably have to go with Dave Matthews Band or Red Hot Chili Peppers.
What movie makes you happy? What movie makes you cry?
Happy – Harry Potter / Cry – Harry Potter
What TV show are you addicted to?
I’m completely addicted to Criminal Minds…mostly due to the fact that I am determined to marry Spencer Reid one day. I could also watch Modern Family for hours on end.
Do you have a book you could read over and over?
Harry Potter of course. And To Kill A Mockingbird
What food does your family cook that you will miss when you go to college?
My mom is the best cook in the whole wide world…I’ll miss it all really!
When you were little, what did you dream of being when you grew up?
Well I used to say “Mrs. Michael Jordan” but that turned into pediatrician.
Who are your role models and why?
I have so many wonderful and influential people in my life. My mom for being such an amazing mother and having one of the most thoughtful and generous hearts in the world. My dad..he’s one of the smartest men I know, has an amazing sense of humor and has always made me daddy’s little girl. My stepdad who has always worked hard for what he wanted which I admire so much. My stepmom for always putting family first and well, mostly for putting up with my dad on a daily basis!
What are your hopes/plans for the future?
I plan to attend a four year college and then go on to get a degree in law.
What do you want people to remember about you when they look back on your senior year?
I hope they remember me as a fun, happy and loving person!
What kind of impact do you want to make on the world?
I want to try and make everyone see the good that is still left in the world. It really is everywhere!
